Employment with Kermit ISD

Kermit ISD employs nearly 250 professional and non-professional full and part-time employees.  We offer competitive wages, and great benefits, such as paid TRS ActiveCare 1 & 2 health insurance (for employee only,) $10,000 worth of paid life insurance, and Long Term Disability.  Through our cafeteria plan, employees also have the opportunity to purchase group vision and dental insurance, short-term disability, cancer, heart, accident, and other insurance policies. We participate in the Texas Retirement System, as well as offering additional annuities and other retirement plans.
